Data we process
This website sends no forms. The “Tell me your idea” slip only drafts a text in your browser; the buttons open your own WhatsApp or Instagram and nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you write, your data (name, phone number, message and reference images) is used only to reply, prepare the design and manage your appointment.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and handling your appointment (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is kept as long as needed to deal with your request and then for any period required by law.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, its network logs technical data such as your IP address and browser, to serve and protect the site and to count visits (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). International transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, get in touch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
